This dual-band wireless router can transfer data at up to 2300 megabytes per sec (using Wi-Fi 801.1ac). Although it is not the fastest or most advanced wireless router on the market today, TP-Link Archer AC2300 is a good choice for average Internet users who need reliable connections to all their devices

The built-in MU/MIMO technology allows this wireless router to stream content to multiple devices simultaneously without affecting connection speed or reliability. Without buffering or lag. This dual-band router can deliver speeds of up to 1733Mbps at 5GHz and 800 Mbps at 2.4GHz. It is fast enough to stream 4K video.

The TP Link Archer AC2600 The router uses three antennas externally and one antenna internally to provide strong signal throughout your house. #2 Linksys AC3000 Smart Mesh Wi Fi Router

This tri-band home router can provide signal coverage of up to 3,000 feet. It can also be linked with multiple nodes (signal enhancers) via its Linksys Velop mesh Wi-Fi System capabilities to increase its signal strength to up to 6,000 feet.  

The Linksys AC3000 supports as many as 25 connected computers, smart devices, and mobile devices simultaneously. This is because of MU-MIMO (multiuser, multiinput, multiple-output) functionality. Multiple users can stream 4K media, browse online, or play online games like they had their own Wi-Fi router.

For a typical household that’s populated by people who want Wi-Fi Internet access, but don’t need the latest or most cutting-edge wireless technologies at their disposal, the Google Nest Wi-Fi AC2200 router offers an excellent and low-cost solution. This router has a signal strength of 22000 feet.

However, using Google’s Mesh Wi-Fi system, you can place multiple routers throughout your home and property to provide a strong signal (with no weak or dead spots) within up to a 6,600 square foot radius. Multiple Google Nest routers are easy to set up and work seamlessly together. Each router can be connected to by up to 200 computers, mobile devices, or smart devices simultaneously. All users will be able stream 4K resolution video with no lag, for example. Each router includes two Ethernet ports.

The free Google Nest mobile app makes it easy to set up and manage your home Wi-Fi network, create guest accounts, change your network’s password and take advantage of parental controls. You’re also able to determine which devices the router should prioritize to ensure the highest connection speed for your most important devices and applications. Although it is not loaded with customization tools and features, it provides parental control and Quality of Service software that ensures superior performance. #6 ASUS ROG Rapture Wi Fi 6 Gaming Router

Up to 60 computers, mobile devices, and “smart” devices can be connected to this router at once, and all will experience a fast and secure wireless Internet connection.

Wi-Fi routers can be expensive, but the TP-Link Archer AX6000 router is our favorite budget-friendly Wi–Fi 6 router. While it may have a lower range and performance, it offers Wi Fi 6 speeds for less than comparable Wi-Fi 6 models. The Archer AX6000 is the first generation Wi-Fi 6 router.

With eight wired networking ports and the ability to pair two together to create a 2Gbps stream of data, TP-Link’s Archer AX6000 router leads the way for Wi-Fi 6 routers that are just as good with wired devices as they are at Wi-Fi. The Archer AX6000 is a great router, and it comes at a very affordable price.

#10 Netgear Nighthawk AC2300

While it might seem expensive for a gaming router or high-performance router with gaming capabilities, the Netgear nighthawk AC2300 (RS400), offers cybersecurity. Although the RS400 delivers solid performance and enough range for most homes, its real value is in protection. It comes with a fistful security features from Bitdefender and Netgear.
